What a Week!

It's been quite a big week for the Thomas family! So much to report, we don't even know where to start. The week started with Luke's first Easter which was very fun. He got some little bunny ears and a swimsuit from Auntie Abby and another cute swimsuit and some great toys from Grandma and Grandpa Thomas. He also got some new toys from Grandma and Grandpa Pedersen and a sweet book from Auntie Jenny. What a lucky boy!

On Tuesday we had Luke's check-up at the cardiologist and we got great news. They are watching one of his heart valves and a condition was upgraded from moderate to mild which was great to hear. They are going to keep him on some blood pressure medication, but all in all it was a great visit to Dr. Baker.

On Wednesday, Mom and Dad left for a five day trip to Chicago to visit Matt's cousin Kim. Luke stayed two night's at Grandma and Grandpa Thomas' house and two nights at Grandma and Grandpa Pedersen's house. Mom and Dad had a great time in Chicago with Kim, her boyfriend Steve, and Aunt Jenny and her boyfriend Al.

The week ended with some BIG news! While in Chicago Al proposed to Jenny and they are now engaged! Everyone is very excited! Luke will begin immediate training for a possible ring bearer position in the wedding!
