Day two for Luke is going pretty well. A woman from Children's Hospital was here today to take some pictures of Luke's heart. He has a fairly common condition called Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) which the doctors think will take care of itself within a couple of days. The great news is that they are letting us hold Luke today for longer periods of time. The two things that need to happen for us to be able to take Luke home are for his heart murmur to get slightly quietier which would signal that the PDA is taking care of itself and for Luke to start eating a little better than he has been so far.
